Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Legal Information and Purpose of these T&Cs

These General Terms and Conditions of Service (T&Cs) of Bytecloud Saas LTD define the rights and obligations of Bytecloud Saas LTD and the Subscriber in connection with the paid services accessible via the website lamazol.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published and operated by Bytecloud Saas LTD.

The terms of use for the Site and accessible free services are defined in the General Terms of Use. The terms of sale for products on the Site are covered by the General Terms of Sale.

Bytecloud Saas LTD reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time and will inform the Subscriber one (1) month before they come into effect. A Subscriber who refuses these modifications may terminate their Subscription according to the terms indicated in these T&Cs, within one (1) month after notification.

2. Definitions

Subscriber: refers to any natural person aged 18 or over, contracting with Bytecloud Saas LTD to benefit from a personal Subscription.

Subscription: refers to the contract subscribed to by the Subscriber to receive monthly digital content and access Specific Services under the conditions of these T&Cs.

T&Cs: refers to these General Terms and Conditions of Service.

Account: refers to the personal account created by the Subscriber on the Site, accessible with a username and password.

Personal Data: refers to the Subscriber's personal information processed by Bytecloud Saas LTD, in accordance with our Privacy Policies.

Specific Services: refers to the features and benefits offered to Subscribers, as detailed in Article IV.

Site: refers to the lamazol.com website published by Bytecloud Saas LTD.

3. Presentation of the Subscription and Specific Services

The Subscription gives the Subscriber unlimited access to the Specific Services for the entire validity period of the Subscription, subject to payment of the fee and the creation of an Account. The Specific Services are accessible exclusively from the Subscriber's Account.

These services include access to a regularly updated catalog of digital content, as well as member-only benefits, such as discounts on certain products. All Specific Services are detailed in the Subscriber's personal space.

4. Conditions and Methods for Subscribing to the Subscription

Account Creation: Before subscribing, the Subscriber must create an Account by providing accurate personal information. Only one Account is allowed per person.

Order Process: The Subscriber logs into their Account, accepts the T&Cs by checking the corresponding box, and proceeds with payment by credit card. The subscription becomes effective once payment is validated.

Confirmation: Confirmation of subscription is sent to the Subscriber by e-mail.

5. Subscription Duration

The Subscription is for a period of 30 days, tacitly renewable each month. To terminate the Subscription for the current month, the termination request must reach Bytecloud Saas LTD no later than the 15th of the month. Termination can be done via the contact form on the Site or by e-mail to contact@lamazol.com.

6. Early Termination – Account Deactivation

In case of non-compliance with the T&Cs, payment difficulties, or attempted fraud, Bytecloud Saas LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Subscription without notice and without any possible compensation.

7. Price and Payment

The Subscription fee is indicated on the site, in euros (€43.90), all taxes included, and payable only by credit card. After the 14-day trial period, the Subscription amount will be debited monthly. Bytecloud Saas LTD may revise this fee at any time, by notifying the Subscriber two (2) months before the new fees come into effect. The Subscriber is debited each month according to the amount agreed upon at the time of subscription.

8. Delivery of Specific Services

The Specific Services are available immediately after full payment of the Subscription, via the Subscriber's personal Account.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Subscriber has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the performance of the services has begun with their prior agreement. To exercise this right, the Subscriber must send a withdrawal form to contact@lamazol.com or by mail to Bytecloud Saas LTD, Office 20432, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

10. Personal Data

Personal Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policies.

11. Support and Complaints

For any questions or complaints, the Subscriber can contact customer service at contact@lamazol.com or by phone at +33 4 12 38 05 79 Monday to Friday (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM - 6:00 PM).

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Proof and Correspondence: Exchanges are primarily conducted by e-mail. Information delivered by e-mail will be considered authentic.

Partial Invalidity: If any provision of the T&Cs is deemed invalid, the others remain fully applicable.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of agreement, the Subscriber may resort to mediation or refer the matter to the competent courts.

Appendix 1: Right of Withdrawal

The Subscriber has the right to withdraw within 14 days of subscription. They must send their request to Bytecloud Saas LTD, Office 20432, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom, or by e-mail to contact@lamazol.com.
