Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order. This right allows you to cancel your purchase without justification and without charge, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility.

This right is distinct from our commercial policy, which grants you an extended 30-day period for any return.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In case of a product's non-conformity, you benefit from a legal guarantee for a period of 2 years.

Return Shipping Costs for Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product you received is defective or does not match the description (non-conformity), return shipping costs will be fully covered by us. In this case, please contact our customer service before making the return to obtain a prepaid label or necessary instructions.

Commercial Return Policy (30-day extension)

In addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the receipt of your order. This commercial policy allows you to return any item, even without justification.

To be accepted, the returned product must be in perfect condition. Please include your first and last name, the email address used during the order, and your order number in the package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking number and signature upon receipt to ensure the package is successfully delivered.

Once the return is received, we will process a full refund within 7 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a defective product or if the size does not fit, please contact our customer service. We will arrange the exchange and provide you with the necessary instructions to facilitate the process.
