Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Introduction
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the rights and obligations of Bytecloud Saas LTD and its customers in connection with the sale of physical products offered exclusively online on the lamazol.com website.
The GTC apply to all sales made in France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, to individual customers.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any order placed on the lamazol.com website implies the full and unreserved adherence of the customer to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The customer acknowledges having read the GTC before validating their order.
3. Products
Nature of products: The products offered for sale are physical products available exclusively online at lamazol.com.
Product availability: Products are available while stocks last. In the event of a product being unavailable after the order, Bytecloud Saas LTD will inform the customer as soon as possible by email or telephone. The customer may then cancel or modify their order if the product is out of stock.
4. Customer Account and Order
Automatic account creation: When the order is validated, a customer account is automatically created for the user. The personal information necessary for opening the account is secured in accordance with current data protection rules.
Order process: To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, which are added to their basket. Before definitively validating the order, a summary of the products ordered and the applied costs will be presented. Validation of the order finalizes the sales contract.
5. Delivery
Delivery area: Products are delivered in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Delivery times: Delivery times are estimated to be between 4 and 7 working days from the validation of the order, unless otherwise indicated during the order process.
Delivery method: Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order. Bytecloud Saas LTD cannot be held responsible for entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error.
6. Payment terms
Accepted payment methods: Payment for orders on lamazol.com is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), or any other payment method offered at the time of the order.
Payment debit: The total amount of the order is debited at the time of its validation. The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment method provided and that it gives access to sufficient funds to cover the costs of the order.
Payment security: Bytecloud Saas LTD uses a secure system to protect information related to online payments. All data relating to bank transactions is processed securely and encrypted.
7. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal conditions: In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, from the receipt of the products.
Modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal: To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision in writing, either by e-mail or via the contact form available on the site. An acknowledgment of receipt of this request will be sent without delay.
Return of products: Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused, within fourteen (14) days after notification of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error attributable to Bytecloud Saas LTD.
Refund: Bytecloud Saas LTD will refund the sums paid, including initial delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment provided by the customer.
8. Return and exchange policy
General return conditions: Apart from the right of withdrawal, products can be returned in case of defect or delivery error within 30 days after receipt.
Products not eligible for return: Products damaged by the customer or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of hidden defects.
Return procedure: To initiate a return, the customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@lamazol.com, providing details on the product concerned and the reasons for the return. Returns must be sent to the address indicated by customer service.
9. Legal and contractual guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity: In accordance with articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity, valid for two (2) years from the receipt of the product. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer can choose between the repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided by law.
Legal guarantee against hidden defects: In accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the customer also has a guarantee against hidden defects, valid for two (2) years from the discovery of the defect. If the customer finds a hidden defect, they can request the cancellation of the sale or a reduction in price.
Contractual guarantee (if applicable): In addition to the legal guarantees, Bytecloud Saas LTD offers an additional commercial guarantee for customers who are members of lamazol.com. The conditions, duration and modalities for implementing this guarantee are specified in the GTC. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident or negligence on the part of the customer.
10. Withdrawal right exercise form
Withdrawal form template: In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer can use the form below to exercise their right of withdrawal. This form must be completed and sent by e-mail to contact@lamazol.com or by post to the following address: Office 20432, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Applicable law: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by British law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Dispute resolution: In case of a complaint, the customer can contact customer service at contact@lamazol.com or at +33 4 12 38 05 79 Monday to Friday (10am-12pm and 12:45pm-6pm). In accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if the complaint request to customer service fails or in the absence of a response from this service within two (2) months, the customer may submit their complaint free of charge to the consumer mediator under whom Bytecloud Saas LTD falls. The mediator's contact details will be provided on request.
Competent court: In the event of an unresolved dispute, the British courts will have sole jurisdiction.
